Dell’s Chairman Suresh Vaswani is eying on the valuable talent pool of Wipro, his ex-employer, a source revealed. Recently, Vaswani met the head of Wipro's BPO division - Ashutosh Vaidya and if rumors are to be believed then Vaidya may soon leave Wipro to be the head of Dell's BPObusiness.

Dell’s Vaswani see Vaidya as the most suitable candidate for carving Dell's BPO strategy. However, no official announcement has been made by any of the company.

Vaswani quit Wipro after 25 years of serving the company and now is helping Dell grow its nearly $8 billion services and BPO business. Dell, which marked late entry in the outsourcing market, purchased Perot System in 2009 for $3.9 billion to take on its rivals IBM and HP.

It is reported that Vaswani, who directs Dell's global services business as its Executive Vice-President, aims to build a team of senior and veteran leaders to outline company's outsourcing strategy. That’s why he is hunting for experienced talent in the industry.
